I don't know how/where to use my discount code.

 You can enter discount codes at checkout. Once you have filled your basket, click on "Proceed to checkout". You will see an overview of your basket and can enter your delivery address. Under the overview of all products, you can enter your code under "Gift voucher or discount code".

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code has been entered correctly and is valid, the error is probably due to the fact that you are trying to apply several discount codes in your basket, which is unfortunately not possible.

Our system does not allow you to use several discount codes at the same time. It is also not possible to apply a discount code if there is already a volume discount.
