Our returns policy depends on the reason you wish to return an item. Here are the different reasons:

The product is not what I expected 

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros and must be paid by you.

Once we have received and checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be refunded to the account with which you placed the order. You will receive this refund within 10 working days, depending on the policy of your card issuer.

I have received the wrong product / my product is damaged

We apologise for this inconvenience. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.

We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact [email protected] with your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive the order again.

I would like to return a product because there is a problem with it
